Transparency, Honesty and Affordability

Our fees are generally estimated as a fixed fee which is normally agreed with you on taking instructions. On some matters where a fixed fee would be hard to estimate we will provide you with an hourly rate and approximate number of hours to conclude your matter. As experienced solicitors we understand the normal amount of hours taken in most matters and we price to reflect that and in some cases we substantially discount that. We will always advise and agree with you on the typical amount of hours of work and the hourly fee rate of the fee earner. As a large firm we are able to provide you with different affordable rates based on the level of fee-earner i.e Trainee, Solicitor and Partner.

You will not be expected to pay more than the agreed figures unless the matter is unusually complex and takes longer than the estimated hours.
