  • Care and Supervision Orders – This is where a Local Authority has applied to the Court for a Care or Supervision order. We can represent in such proceedings.
  • Adoption – We provide specialist advice on the adoption process and can assist you completing the relevant application forms.
  • International Surrogacy- This is a specialist area that often involves immigration and nationality issues as well as issues in relation to legality. We can advise you on the process and the steps to take.
  • Advocacy – We are experienced advocates and if you are simply looking to instruct to attend a court hearing then we are able to assist. Our solicitors regularly appear and conduct advocacy at FHDRA (First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointments), DRA (Dispute Resolution Appointments, Directions Hearing and represent at final hearing before magistrates, district judges and circuit judges.
