Responsibilities:

  •  You will have responsibility for and will develop and deal with the firms residential conveyancing case load including purchase and sale, freehold and leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
  • You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing and maintaining local and regional networks and secure new business
  • You will be comfortable to working with high volumes and under minimal supervision

Role Specific:

  • A current practicing certificate with the SRA
  • Ability to run your own caseload and acting with supervision
  • NQ-5 years PQE
  • Some experience in new build or bridging loan transactions

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this leading commercial property team.

Responsibilities :

  • You will have responsibility for and will assist in commercial property matters including purchase and sale of freehold commercial property, new leases and lease assignment.
  • You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing your knowledge and experience in this area of law.
  • You will be comfortable to working under minimal supervision

Role Specific:

  • Completed LPC with commercial property elective
  • Some legal experience of commercial property matters gained from a law firm

 

A Senior Immigration Consultant is required to join a growing immigration team.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage a caseload of UK Immigration files including entry clearance applications PBS dependent, spouse and family, visit visa, student visa as well as in-country applications including extensions of leave to remain, ILR and naturalization applications.
  • Meeting with clients whether in person or by phone and correspondence
  • Oversee the completion and submissions of all relevant visa and immigration applications and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government

Role Specific:

  • Min 2 years Immigration case work experience
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Experience of asylum and asylum appeal applications and admin review
