Tom Bluett is a consultant solicitor with the firm handling both residential and commercial conveyancing together with probate matters.He has been admitted as a solicitor for over 40 years. He graduated in law from London University (LLB) and then attended The College of Law (now The University of Law) in Guildford.
Whilst he has experience of most matters encountered by a High Street solicitor, he prefers to handle conveyancing and probate matters these days. He ran his own small general practice until a few years ago.
He is able to help clients who are buying or selling their home or business. This includes both freehold and leasehold transactions from a small flat to an expensive house. He is happy to handle the sale and purchase of properties anywhere in England and Wales.
He can also assist with lease extensions and commercial rent reviews/ landlord and Tenant matters.
Tom can also assist with probate matters (administration of estates) and has considerable experience in this field of practice. He can also assist in drawing up Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys watching films, the theatre, reading and long walks in the countryside.
