Malika deals with most aspects of residential conveyancing transactions for a wide range of clients in relation to buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, pre-action advice, transfer of equity, right to buy transactions.  She believes in providing a high-quality personal service, building relationships with clients, and taking time to understand their needs.  She endeavours to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Malika is a polyglot and speaks fluent Russian, Uzbek, Turkish and Tajik languages.
