Evren Celik, a seasoned and dedicated executive, has an extensive professional background, having served in leadership roles at renowned multinational corporations such as Pfizer Inc. in New York, GlaxoSmithKline in Istanbul, and adidas in Amsterdam. In her capacities as Regional Head of Legal & Compliance, she has honed exceptional management and communication skills, particularly in Corporate Law, FCPA Compliance, and Intellectual Property Law.

Recently, Evren Celik has joined London Solicitors as a Consultant, contributing her expertise to our City of London office where she assumes the role of Head of Corporate Law. She is recognized as a Registered Foreign Lawyer under the SRA in the United Kingdom and is also a practicing lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in Turkey.

Her extensive professional journey encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law activities, ranging from conducting due diligence investigations, drafting contracts, and negotiating deals to providing guidance on regulatory aspects and Legal Compliance matters related to transactions. Noteworthy is her experience as a Board Member during her tenure at GSK and adidas, where she demonstrated a proven track record of managerial prowess in regulated industries and multinational companies
