Ahmet read law at the City Law School in London and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 specialising in Litigation. Ahmet joined London Solicitors in November 2021 as a Senior Associate Solicitor and he is now a Partner at the Firm.
Ahmet specializes in Commercial / Civil Dispute Resolution with Employment Law. Ahmet has experience in both bringing and defending claims at all levels of jurisdiction; in the County Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Ahmet’s litigation practice expands to dealing with chancery litigation both traditional and commercial often with cross border elements. Ahmet represents both Claimants and Defendants at arbitration, mediation and contested proceedings.
Ahmet’s commercial practice deals with data protection, contractual / commercial disputes (B2B and B2B2C contracts), drafting and advising on commercial contracts as well as negotiating terms and clauses. Ahmet often provides legal counsel to senior executives, senior directors, start ups, SME’s, as well as large conglomerates.
Ahmet has been responsible for his own case load from very early on in his career, and this has meant that he is very much hands on, and client focused.
Ahmet takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to support his clients and he is strategic and practical, both in litigation and in negotiations in order to reach the best possible outcome for his clients.
Outside of work Ahmet enjoys travelling, football and world history.
